COLOURS OF MANDURAH

\

The Colours of Mandurah is a colourful walkway linking Mandjar Square to Mandurah Ocean Marina in just 250 steps. These colours reflect the vibrancy of Mandurah and its connection to the land and water, inspired by local people, places and stories.

Inspired by the Colour Factory’s Manhattan Colour Walk, the 50m footpath features 125 colours, each chosen for a specific reason by people from throughout the community. We used over 1.2km in tape for this project – but the end result is definitely worthwhile!

The project was done in partnership with RAC through its Reconnect WA initiative, which was created to help revitalise streets and public spaces to better connect people and places.

We’re proud to help bring this exciting project to life, strengthening the community’s connection with important local destinations. Thanks to all the artists who helped put this together, the result is epic and contributing to the community by showcasing their voice through colour is something we’re grateful to assist with.
